Individual Therapy


With individual therapy, we will meet online and can discuss what presenting concerns bring you to counseling. We can focus on anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, autism, alternative lifestyles, or general life stressors.

Therapy will consist of working towards establishing trust. We will develop a plan that includes positive and effective coping strategies and work towards counteracting negative cognitions by replacing them with rational ones.
